His detailed understanding of the food & beverage industry, in particular strategy and restaurant repositioning, day to day operation management and food safety, combined with his international exposure will help Fairmont continue to deliver exceptional service as it grows the brand in global markets. His food and beverage philosophy focuses on the respect of the culinary heritage and the passion for the customer. Offe is based in Hong Kong and has been involved in over 30 hotel openings and conceptualizing over 200 restaurants.
