Emma Jones

Vice President Human Resources Operations, APEC – Marriott International

In her position as Vice President, Human Resources Operations, Emma is part of the Regional HR Team. The role spans a wide geography of 17 countries across APEC. Emma is responsible for leading and overseeing the implementation of all human resource strategies, policies and programmes and driving alignment with broader business objectives.

Emma has more than twenty five years experience in human resources, with the last eighteen years at Marriott International. She joined the company in 2006 and has held both property based and above property human resources leadership positions based in the UK, New Zealand, Australia, Malaysia and Singapore.

Prior to her current role, Emma held the role of Senior Director, Human Resources, Singapore, Malaysia and Maldives.

Emma studied in the UK and graduated from Farnborough College of Technology with a Higher National Diploma in Hotel and Tourism Management.
