Gaurav is an OCLD graduate with a strong drive for result & eye for detail, having over 19 years of experience in managing hotel operations with expertise in rooms division, quality control & F&B service operations in various capacities. He has led the opening team through twelve new hotels, ensuring he is an expert in handling projects and pre-opening assignments.

Gaurav’s current role is with Radisson Hotel Group, prior to that he was with InterContinental Hotels Group, Hyatt Hotel Corporation and Oberoi Hotels and Resorts. As he has worked his way to his current position, Gaurav has developed experience and skills in pre-opening management, driving performance from his team, P&L management and strategic operations management, all while maintaining interpersonal skills and a proactive approach.
