With an international career spanning 25 years, Marvin brings a wide range of experiences – from the management of franchise chains to independent restaurants and global luxury hotel food & beverage operations. He currently oversees the performance of over 1,000 restaurants and bars in Hilton properties across Asia Pacific.

Marvin previously headed Food & Beverage Asset Management at AA Musa, a leading Middle Eastern real estate & hospitality company. He oversaw restaurants and bars across its Dubai hotel portfolio which included Hilton properties in the United Arab Emirates.

Marvin’s expertise extends beyond operational leadership – he also served as a board member and consultant at leading consultancy FGB Corp. There, he advised major hotel brands and worked with several celebrity chefs, Michelin-starred restaurants, and numerous establishments on the coveted ‘MENA 50 Best Restaurants’ list.

Prior to that, he spent five years as Regional Director for InterContinental Hotels Group, responsible for almost 750 restaurants and bars in more than 200 hotels across EMEA and Japan, including overseeing the opening of new culinary concepts.

Earlier experience with global brands like Chili’s, Applebee’s and White Spot Restaurants in North America and internationally honed his operational expertise, delivering best-in-class training and implementing new standards for a diverse range of hospitality businesses.
