Nigel is a highly experienced food and beverage operations manager with over 25 years of hotel hospitality experience in five star luxury international hotel companies, private members clubs and stand alone restaurants, gaining exposure to various countries, cultures and religions. In his roles, he has been involved with marketing, public relations, human resources, project management, strategic planning, pre-opening planning and execution of new hotels. He is experienced in the development of concepts, documents and operating philosophies for all new hotels and refurbishment programs of operating properties.
Nigel has been the Director, Food & Beverage Asia Pacific, FRHI Hotels & Resorts since October 2013. Prior to that, he was the Director Food & Beverage for the Fairmont Singapore and the Swissotel The Stamford. His positions before this were for The Empire Hotel & Country Club Brunei owned by the Sultan of Brunei, Stapleford Park Country Sporting Estate, England (Small Luxury Hotels of the World), The Georgian Restaurant Harrods of Knightsbridge and Wentworth Golf Club Surrey, England.
